How do I return an item for a refund?
- Submit a return request via this link: https://shopify.com/71387742505/account.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping instructions.
In what condition can items can be returned?
- In the condition in which it was received
- In the original packaging with all the labels intact
- Returns must be shipped back within 30 days from the date of purchase
What items are not eligible for a refund?
The following items cannot be refunded:
- Clothing, hats and apparel are made to order and cannot be returned unless the item is defective, damaged or the wrong item was received
- Closeout or clearance items
- Items damaged by the customer
What do I do if I receive a damaged item?
Contact us within seven days of receiving the item, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
How will I receive my refund?
Your purchase will be refunded to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be told whether your refund request is approved or not. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
How do I ship the items back to you?
The email you receive once you have requested a return will contain instructions on how to ship the items.
